Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
- Clients must cancel or reschedule their booking via our online booking system or app at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Email, voicemail, or messages outside the platform will not be accepted as valid cancellations.
- 2. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)
- Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before class will be treated as a late cancellation.
- The client will be charged the full class fee or lose the session credit.
3, Waitlist Exception
- Clients added from a waitlist within 24 hours of class time must cancel through the booking system if unable to attend; otherwise, the standard cancellation policy applies.
4.Exceptional Circumstances
- We may waive late-cancellation or no-show charges once per client per calendar month for verified emergencies(e.g., sickness or accident).
- Any request for waiver must be communicated promptly, ideally before class time.
- 5. Studio Cancelations
- If the studio cancels a class (e.g., instructor illness), the client will receive a credit or refund.
Clients may choose to transfer to another session if available.
